With her background in the dynamic, people-focused world of hospitality management, Saya’s professional skillset is unique yet perfectly suited to her work at Connect. Her experiences managing a popular pizzeria on Vancouver’s Main Street and working as an in-house Event Coordinator for a downtown supper club have well-equipped her for her current role as Connect’s “front-of-house” coordinator.

Saya is often the first point of contact between Connect (Vancouver) and a new client – someone who may be dealing with the emotional, financial or other stresses that can accompany family transitions. Mindful of this, her focus is on putting each client at ease during their first and subsequent interactions with the firm. Saya is also the link that connects you with our lawyers. As such, her goal is to learn enough from each new client to ensure that your initial meeting with your family lawyer is a smooth and successful one.

When not at work, Saya is the consummate “foodie”, always on the lookout for new and exciting concept restaurants to sample in Vancouver. Her non #foodgoals are travelling somewhere new every year with her husband and working out whenever she can (to balance out all the fun she has eating and drinking!).
