Following the success of this webinar, Rebecca and Shelley are offering a unique out-of-court option for reaching a separation agreement. This flat fee process includes one individual meeting with each of Rebecca and Shelley, three four-way meetings (an initial meeting, plus one meeting to deal with parenting issues and another meeting focused on financial issues and drafting a separation agreement). The total cost is $6,000 ($3,000 each) plus taxes. There is also the option of extending the process, if necessary, or streamlining it for couples with no children. Please contact either Rebecca (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Shelley (email@example.com) for a free 30 minute consult to discuss this effective and efficient process.
During this unprecedented season of social distancing and quarantines, co-parents face unique challenges, while trying to protect their children from both health concerns and conflicts that may be arising between them. In the last few weeks, Connect Family Law has received numerous questions regarding co-parenting, such as whether a parent can refuse to allow their children to visit the other parent. So we are partnering with our collaborative colleague, Shelley Behr, to host a ZOOM webinar to answer your questions.
Join this 90-minute webinar to hear from divorce coach and registered clinical counsellor, Shelley Behr, as well as mediator and lawyer, Rebecca Stanley, as they discuss both practical and legal issues facing you as a separated co-parent in today’s climate.
There will be an extended time for questions.
To register, please visit our Eventbrite page here.
This webinar is designed to be confidential, so we will ask participants to sign a brief confidentiality document before the event. We will also complete a conflict check at the time of registration to rule out any possible conflicts of interest.
When you register for this free event, you will receive an email with the ZOOM meeting link.
